1. Services Provided

VictoryLead provides lead generation and appointment-setting services for roofing companies, including pay-per-appointment campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and related digital marketing services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of Services are defined in a separate agreement or order form between VictoryLead and the client.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for licensed roofing businesses and similar home-services companies. By using our website or engaging our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Respond to qualified appointments and leads in a timely manner
• Maintain valid licensing and insurance required to perform roofing work in your service area
• Use leads and appointments only for lawful business purposes

4. Payments & Billing

Fees for Services, including any onboarding fees and per-appointment charges, are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due according to the terms specified at signup. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services.

5. Appointment Guarantee

Where applicable, VictoryLead's no-show guarantee applies only to appointments that meet the qualification criteria defined in your service agreement. Replacement appointments are provided at VictoryLead's discretion in accordance with the guarantee terms communicated at the time of signup.

6. Territory Exclusivity

Where a territory exclusivity arrangement has been agreed upon, VictoryLead will not knowingly onboard a directly competing roofing business within the same defined service area for the duration of the active agreement.

7. SMS & Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from VictoryLead related to your account, appointments, and services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on victory-lead.com, including text, graphics, logos, and creative assets produced as part of our Services, remains the property of VictoryLead unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

VictoryLead is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding three (3) months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate Services in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in your service agreement. VictoryLead reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VictoryLead does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, job close rates, or search engine rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in VictoryLead's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
